He was extremely communicative and facilitated a very quick turnover between inspection and settlement without rushing us. He was very effective in coordinating things like building and pest inspections (with our independent contractor). He went above and beyond in certain cases to such a degree that sometimes it felt like he was working for me rather than the seller.
