5 STAR. Christian is the most helpful and knowledgeable agent I have dealt with. From day one he provided useful advice on preparing the property for sale. His communication was excellent at all times. On the day the property was sold Christian managed to increase the sale price 10% by conducting a de facto auction by phone at the same time keeping me informed of progress. Christian is an agent who truly represents the property vendor. I have experienced a number of agents in the past whose priority is to get a sale at any price
