David Benjafield did an amazing job from the moment we interviewed him for the position of selling our house for us. He is very knowledgeable of our suburb, resent sales and properties on the market, making comparisons and pre-empting the property market movement. All our interaction with David and his team were of excellent presentation, communication, humour and information. The sales process starts well before you open the door to people and David was there with his professional knowledge throughout. Open House communication before and after each day was on point and he followed up with potential buyers as needed.
