Tom gets a High Distinction!

Tom was my selling agent for a property with certain compromises. I knew that Tom had the knowledge of similar properties in the area which I thought was critical to the successful sale of the property. Tom's knowledge and experience did not disappoint. He was across all of the issues and had a strategy from the get-go. In a falling property market, Tom worked tirelessly to get as many interested parties into my property to give it the best possible chance of selling. His advice on the day of the auction was tempered but never wavered.
