What impressed me most were the rapid responses from both Luke Burgess & Sam Griffiths to any & all queries I had during the whole selling process, either by phone or text. Any seller needs their agent to reply promptly, as selling can be a stressful operation, so reassurance about any issue is important. The 'Opens' were punctual, and I received feedback the following day, in great detail, from Luke about the potential buyers' backgrounds. I think Luke has a gift in extracting information from potential buyers, as the feedback was very detailed. Given the market at present for apartments, and the fact that there were remedial issues to be resolved in my Building with special levies, I am content with the result achieved. Sam also was always reassuring too and helped in other ways, such as liaising with the buyer about possibly purchasing any of my furniture. He went the extra step to be helpful.
