I found Luke Burgess and Sam Griffiths extremely accommodating, polite, sincere and helpful. They were not pushy and answered all my queries confidently. I appreciated the communication by phone when following up after several inspections and preceding the actual austion. On the evening of the auction, they were both very encouraging without being overbearing. Their advice was very welcome. If I should need their help in selling a property in the future, I would definitely use them and recommend them to others.
