The fact chelice helped and got job done. Its the buyer, cheapest home so many great things that will never change. I have no mum no dad no family, so yes i can have my stuff on rd untill pay storage, but he has not even asked f we need his approved finance, Please if i could get settelment 19th, the day he takes keys were gone its his home, lol ill do my pest and building myself, but he only asked yard to be done, $2000 . I fixed 1000 forair con, i leeaving $2000 washerdryer, ,,,wish my mum or dad could be there to help but im so stressed , im stressed as want new owner to walk into his ho e but if i wait for him, he should be nice, im sorry , this is my fathers and no mater what,i will do as i do, learn.....now icant start on my dream , 10 days to pay why, one day im out of here, leavimg the best home you will have and i dint ask anytging for shit, no one see if could shourten 10 days after finance , 5 year old home if that, im the buyer i should have some day help, or ill see contract send it to lawyers one or half day is all im asking,
