Simon was amazing and made selling our home easy. From the moment he first walked into our home we knew he was right for us. Simon is extremely professional and Has a great knowledge of the area and what is needed to sell your home successfully. Simon offered advice on marketing and selling plan and we took his advice on board right up to the sale. Simon was amazing once we had interest in our property to ensure we got the best outcome from our sale. Simon has a very calm approach and kept us informed by phone after each open house and he followed this up with a formal schedule of the potential buyers and their comments etc. This is something we hadn’t experienced before, it is great to have this immediate and comprehensive feedback. We have bought and sold quite a few properties in the area over the years and our experience with Simon was easy !! Simon is definitely way above any other agent we have either engaged to sell on our behalf or have met along the way whilst we have been looking at real estate.
