As a seller/ vendor, I believe their are three main things you want from an agent: 1) that they are on your side 2) that they are honest and frank with you 3) that they listen and as a result, understand where you’re coming from and support you Matt was, across all these aspects, exemplary. He was our guide and our representative. Whilst COVID had an impact on the market/his business and our speed of sale, at no time did I see our feel that Matt wasn’t doing all he could for us.
