Professional & Realistic
We engaged Matthew after failing to sell with another agent. Matthew was very professional, realistic about our price range and quick to act and follow up. Communication was excellent and regular. He deals with the buyers directly so you know he's onto the job. Overall we'd highly recommend him in the Edithvale area, he knows it well and engages very well with the buyers out this way.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Matthew. Our interactions spanned a few months from the time of initial enquiry through to final signing of the contract of sale, and all along the way, Matthew proved himself to be knowledgeable of the local area and very responsive to queries.
