After having used many Estate Agents in our area for quite a number of years, we have found that Biggin and Scott were the only agents who actually helped us as Landlords and showed concern for our requirements. My Wife Dee and I have unfortunately had our fair share of not so positive experiences with real estate agents in the past. This time we chose to do business via a reputable vendor advocate who assisted us to select Rob and his team to represent us. Credible and rapid feedback is paramount to us and Rob's execution in this area was second to none. Rob provided feedback within ten minutes of completing an open for inspection, of which there was only three required to sell our property.
