Rob was an outstanding agent. He was more than the usual professional real estate agent you would expect. He did have outstanding communication skills. He was spot on with his price estimate. He did return calls and give prompt feedback from open for inspections. But additionally, he went beyond the call of duty. He vacuumed a dusty carpet, made an unmade bed and did the dishes for a tenant that was perhaps not as reliable as an owner my wish a tenant to be. Rob did these chores without hesitation and sold our property above reserve on auction day.

We initially short-listed Robert as a potential agent because he is a local resident and had previous successful results for similar properties in the area. From our first meeting it was obvious that Robert also has a friendly, professional manner and is respectful of the client. Throughout the campaign, Robert's communication with us was pleasant, timely, consistent and clear. We received a call or message directly after each open for inspection and a weekly email summary. The process of selling a house can be stressful but this was greatly mitigated by the fact that we could trust and have confidence in Robert to professionally follow through on all of his responsibilities. Robert also did an outstanding job as auctioneer. Robert is diligent, follows up, attends to the detail and knows his craft.
