I am not sure there are enough words to describe the incredible customer service I received. This was my first real estate transaction in fifty years and of course times have changed. Mark kept me understanding ( patiently reminding) all the stages we needed to complete, the strategies and the possible outcomes. We had a few hiccups but I had the confidence in Mark that he would direct the situation thoroughly and there was always a solution. Perfect communication with feedback from the customers, detailed reports plus a really decent person that you can trust with your most important transaction of selling your home.

Simon has been great from the beginning. Very easy to talk to and always available to answer questions and help out. He was very accommodating organising an extra viewing for us and meeting the building inspector promptly. Simon was transparent and didn’t ever pressure us or try and hurry us into the sale. Simon was an excellent agent to sell our investment property. Given he sold us the property we felt he would be the best person to sell the property again. Simon’s communication was excellent during the week and even on weekends. He kept us informed after each viewing as well as weekly emails outlining the viewing via internet websites.

Communication was excellent and there was a personal approach, providing prompt feedback regarding the market response. There could’ve been a bit more discussion regarding what the initial advertised sale price was to be. It was above our original agreed range, possibly limiting prospective buyer range.
