We contacted Belle Real Estate and several other local estate agents late last year to obtain their market appraisals as we were thinking about downsizing. Of all the people we spoke to, Adrian Hybner was outstanding in his local knowledge and recommendations. Some while later, we decided to go ahead with selling our home and immediately contacted Adrian, who we appointed our sales agent. He then proceeded to draw up a 4 week marketing strategy, culminating in an auction. To start things rolling, Adrian arranged for their stylist to visit us and make recommendations to prepare the property prior to the first open house. We were most fortunate to have sold our property within a week of presenting it to the market. We were also most fortunate to have Adrian guiding us through the whole process and negotiating with the buyers to ensure we got the best price.
