Shae is a great property Manager.
Shae Rental Manager and all other staff are excellent in customer service and go out of their way to assist customers.I recommend this agent due to the great team doing a great job especially Shae

Professional, Efficient, Amazing
Since purchasing my investment property in Mornington 2 years ago I am lucky that i found Stone Real Estate. Shae has been managing my property during this time and she has been extremely professional, reliable, efficient and is also really nice and friendly which is a bonus. Shae would always respond to emails within a reasonable amount of time and her knowledge in property management is second to none. One example of how professional Shae can be is that she notifies you before she plans on going on leave and advises you of who would be managing your property whilst she is away, this is unique in itself. Shae knows the market and minimizes time that a property will remain vacant. I cannot speak of Shae and the team at Stone Real Estate highly enough.

When endevouring to find a tenant for our apartment, Shae not only found the tenant but at the right rental price. After two years the tenant is still with us and we could not be happier. The follow on service has been first class.

Outstanding property management
Our experience with Stone RE for our rental property was exceptional. Our property manager was able to identify suitable tenants without the need for any advertising. The tenants were excellent and Stone RE managed the tenancy with impeccable efficiency. Rental income was always paid on time and any maintenance issues were dealt with most effectively. Our property manager maintained a network of trades people who attended to repairs promptly, kept us well informed and charged reasonable rates for their work. Our experience of renting a property through Stone RE could be best summarised as being completely hassle free, they looked after everything with the utmost care and attention to detail. When the tenancy concluded and we decided to sell our house The Stone team made this process a most stress free process. The service provided was impeccable in every respect. Thank you!

Highly Recommended
My Son and I have been landlords over a number of years and we think that Shae Lawrie is simply the best when it comes to property management... Shae has been managing our two investment properties since early 2015 when she joined the agents we originally purchased the 1st property from. They are no longer in business due to mergers, however Shae has thankfully remained the constant. At that point in time we were having serious thoughts of changing agents due to many ongoing issues with the tenant and also the agent. After a frank discussion with Shae she told us that she would do everything possible to sort out the issues and we are pleased to say from that day forward Shae has been the most exceptional property manager we have known. When the problem tenant left Shae represented us at VCAT and did a fantastic job in minimising our out of pocket expenses. Shae is completely on top of everything that is going on with our properties and quick to help us out with any request that we’ve asked of her. Since having Shae manage our properties the following has happen: • Communication… Shae has been accessible and responds so promptly, even after hours if we send an email. • Attention to detail... Appreciate the attention to detail which makes us feel that our two properties are the only properties that Shae manages. • Vacancies… New tenants were signed up within a week at the increased rent we requested, so no down time and minimum loss of income for us. The tenants were well vetted and to date have been ideal. • Inspections and reports… These have been professional and completed in a timely manner. We are always contacted by Shae regarding maintenance issue from the tenants. Shae has never given us any cause for concern and we would recommend her to any landlord who is looking for someone they can place their trust in.
