A challenging sale with a stunning result

We first met Daniel whilst viewing a property in Mornington some months ago. As a result of his diligence in keeping in contact with us he was instrumental in initiating the sale of our property with Harcourts. A challenging sale with a stunning result.

The property we presented for sale had more than enough good features to ensure a successful outcome but it was certainly not without it's challenges, so we were prepared for a potentially lengthy process. The first time we sat down with Kara to discuss the sale she knew exactly how to market the property and exactly how to proceed to ensure a timely result. Four weeks later the property was sold for a price that comfortably exceeded our expectation. Four weeks in which we were constantly kept up to date with each and every development as it occurred and given sound advice with any decisions to be made.
