To Whom It May Concern, I would definitely recommend Matthew as an agent to sell one's property. Matthew was diligent in opening my property twice a week, even when there were few offers initially , and my property was passed in on the first auction. However we had one offer after this auction, which I knocked back. This then became the benchmark price for me to sell. The property was sold at that price a few weeks later which I felt was fair value. Matthew and his delightful team of female real estate agents worked hard to sell my apartment . Matthew went out of his way to do a couple of extra ideas to move things along in a positive direction for my sale. For example proposed a second auction date, which did not eventuate,as this was enough to encourage a couple of prospective purchasers to make a final bid between themselves which gave me my selling price and sale. Matthew was always direct with me on his opinion as to the direction that he advised me to take on the sale and informed me weekly on the progress of the campaign. Also he was patient ...it took a little longer to sell at the price I wanted and he was fine about meeting this expectation that I had set. I would recommend Matthew, kind regards Jennifer.
