My wife and I would highly recommend Mark Jackson of Belle Property to anyone wishing to sell their home. Miki and I thoroughly reviewed 4 agents before selecting Mark. These included 2 premium brands (Belle and one other), a boutique locality specialist, and the agent that had been our property manager when we let our property. We interviewed each agent (twice) and built a database of their recent transactions. We selected Mark because during our review sessions with Belle, Mark seemed to eat, sleep, and breathe real estate. He had total recall of almost every recent transaction he had been involved in. We recently sold our family unit at Cremorne Point and Matthew was our agent. Wow, he was amazing throughout the whole process. Constant contact, always keeping us up to date as to how everything was progressing. He was warm and charming both to us and to the potential buyers. He showed a genuine interest in people, and was always kind and understanding. He made sure he knew what we wanted and also what the potential buyers wanted. He listened and did everything and more that was asked of him. He made sure that he knew all about our property and surrounds and was able to answer all potential buyer questions and promote all the very best aspects of our property. He was always on time, always organised, always well presented and helpful. When a potential buyer came through the door at an open for inspection day, they immediately felt at ease with Matthew. He was so attentive, interested and polite. He is also a very good businessman who worked extremely hard to get us the price that we wanted. On auction day, he spoke in depth with each of the registered bidders (that he had built strong relationships with over the course of the campaign) and encouraged them to bid strong. The result.. we got way above reserve and in fact, the sale was a record for the building. Very Very impressed with Matthew Smythe and his team. We totally recommend him.
