Dolan was amazing to work with and is very good...
Dolan was amazing to work with and is very good at his sales and knowledge about getting a property ready for market. He walked me through the process, also making sure our tenants were well informed and looked after throughout the process. Dolan was very quick and attentive in keeping me well informed after open houses and when we had offers, he was professional and did his due diligence on all matters so that we had a sale on our property from beginning to a sold within app a 10-day window. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dolan to anyone that was looking to sell their property.

Knowing the market is key to assisting both buyers and sellers. Helen I found was able to give accurate data for the area we lived and because of this had a large following of both buyers and sellers. Our sale was to a buyer she had on her data base.
