Friendly and dedicated
Christian was a pleasure to work with on the sale of my property. Very reassuring, responsive and always friendly and helpful throughout the process. Being overseas based I needed an agent that was going to drive for the best price with the least fuss and be able to coordinate things on the ground that I couldn’t - Christian and the team and Belle delivered. We acheived a strong result working with Helen under the auction process
We have known Helen Wilson for around 5 years. Helen always kept in touch, with information updates on the Cammeray market. Helen also provided some inputs into our extension and renovation works in 2018. The experience with the agent was considered positive throughout the sales campaign to the auction. The marketing turnaround timeframe was tight prior to Easter and Helen managed this process very well. The inspections were conducted well and were given regular feedback on the status and progress of prospective buyers.
