Working with Helen Wilson has been an absolute pleasure from the outset for both my wife and I - she came very well prepared to our first meeting with comparative sales that were closely matched, high quality presentation media and intuitively overcame square meterage and modern styling objections in her marketing of the property and we felt was able to really leverage the house's period features and appeal. Her familiarity with the suburb having been brought up there was a huge advantage to us. We interviewed a number of agents prior to meeting her - she was the only one that really got it and stood out by a country mile over the others. We were both very happy with everything Matthew did for us from the first conversation until we Exchanged Contracts. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole very professionally run campaign. He explained clearly and regularly what was happening and answered quickly any questions.He communicated extremly well and was easy to deal with.. Not to be forgotten were Harrison and Marilyn who were again very easy to deal with and were very professional at all times. A great agent who produced a quick outcome and we were extremely happy with the result. A great team effort . Highly recommend this agent.
