We chose David as our agent as he was genuine and honest in his approach at all times. Our sale took longer than expected due to the change in market conditions however David's commitment didn't waiver and he always took the time to update us regularly and offer new strategies to encourage more buyers through the house. We also appreciated that he would turn up 15 mins prior to the open house times and often stayed back if buyers were still looking through the property never rushing off to another open.
