A calm wind in a turbulent storm

We recently purchased our first home with Tom. In a year that has been quite turbulent, we found Tom to be calm, informative and respectful with his approach. Both Tom and his sales associate Ben, were not aggressive in their approach, accepted feedback and answered all our fact finding questions. Tom's initial price guide gave a good indication of the property's estimated value which allowed my partner and I time to get our finances in order to remain competitive at auction.
