The circumstances of the sale were tough, something Sean recognised at our first meeting and acknowledged with tact and sensitivity. When our family suffered an unexpected tragedy prior to the scheduled listing Sean took on what I was unable to. He calmly rescheduled, managed trades and liaised with my solicitor, acting with genuine compassion. Sean respected my wish to be involved as little as possible and was able to guide me through the sale in a way that minimised my exposure to stress. I was frequently uncontactable and often unreliable and he never made me feel that this was a problem: I'm really grateful for this. The campaign was brief but very successful: we sold at auction for a great price, with ten registered bidders.
