Keith provided all the information we required about the home, and also tracked down additional information about covenants in the estate. He communicated well, followed up on actions as he said he would, and helped work sensible solutions with vendors to ensure with a smooth move. We did not feel pressured in the purchase process. Keith enquired about our offer and relayed that information to the vendors. The only negative observation we have relates to his reluctance to assist us in unloading furniture from the truck as we moved in, helping cook dinner and mowing the lawns every weekend. :-).
