Had a good experience with Noel. Knowledge of some details of the house could have been better, but he was easy to deal with, prompt and accommodating when it came to viewings etc. Much more easy going than some agents I have dealt with which I like. Communication was excellent - he always returned my calls promptly if he couldn't take them there and then. I would use him again.
