Ben Radcliff did a fabulous job in selling my property. From the outset, he offered all information in a clear and easy to understand format, and his experience showed in planning an effective marketing campaign for the sale of my property by auction. During the five week leadup to the auction, Ben kept me informed of every development, returned calls in a very timely fashion, and never once was I left wondering on the progress of the campaign, a rarity in my experience! I also received detailed weekly reports from Ben regarding all activity, and also further suggestions and assistance. Nothing was too hard, including dealing with some very difficult tenants and their dog, and also having to deal effectively through the managing agents who were external to Ben's office. He managed it all, and then some. Come auction day, the property was passed in, but Ben secured for me a contract on the property within hours, and at a price I was extremely happy with, and with even better conditions. He has continued to follow up, and I'm sure will continue to do so until settlement. Ben goes over and above what you'd expect of a great agent, and I would have no hesitation in using his services again, and fully recommend him to anybody considering selling their property, as he gives a fair and realistic appraisal followed by an impeccable level of service, and achieves great results. I found Mark Mcdonald came across as a very creditable Real Estate Agent. He got to the point and did not put forward unrealistic sale figures for our house, but showed results of past sales in area and stated what we could expect. The house sold within weeks due to Mark having a buyer on his books interested in buying in the Mudjimba area. Both myself and my wife were very pleased with the sale price and how Mark negotiated the deal and we had absolutely no hassles. We would highly recommend him as an agent for anyone buying or selling real estate in the Sunshine Coast area, especially in areas around the Mudjimba.
