•Sarah's approach to selling real estate was a breath of fresh air after we had some fairly mediocre dealings with some of the agents on the Sunshine Coast. She was friendly and approachable and from a buyer's point of view that is really important when making such an important purchase. We had had experiences with other agents that had been standoffish and quite frankly, arrogant and were slow to act. Sarah obviously works hard for her vendors but also keeps her buyers happy and in the loop. In such a hot market, it is easy for agents to just think that another buyer will come along but we didn't feel like we were 'indispensable'. She knows the importance of keeping up the communication and obviously knows this area very well.
Sarah cold called to introduce herself at the property over 2 years ago. With the house rented and us being based interstate, Sarah kept in touch, keeping us informed about the local market. With much discussion the timing was right to put the property on the market, and we saw no reason to go with another agent. The relationship built up over the past 2 years with Sarah meant the back and forth conversation between a vendor and agent were much easier, and honest. We were well informed of the sales and marketing process and regular calls and texts throughout the campaign. The result was a fantastic sales price! Sales is a relationship game, and Sarah understands this better than most real estate agents we have dealt with. Selling houses is a marathon, not a sprint.
