Communication was good. The timing of the photos and preparation were handled well and the assistance with organising building inspections etc was much appreciated. Had some doubts about sale progress as there were very few real offers. The initial suggested sale price did not result in any viable interest. The actual sale proceeded without any issues. One other, very minor thing, was the lack of special congratulations at the end. I have had a lot of friends and family selling lately and they have all received something from the agent- wine or vouchers or a gift of some kind. Not a huge issue but it would have been a nice touch.

Tiffanny and the team at Belle have done an amazing job in selling our property in Griffin. We interviewed multiple agents but Tiffanny and Chris saw the potential in our home rather than just trying to get in on the market quickly. They gave us a few interior design / presentation tips to help get the most out of our sale, which we were grateful for. The communication and patience (given it was our first time selling), was wonderful. The online portal keeps you in the loop every step of the way and is a great way to have transparent and informative involvement in the sale of your house, which we loved. Their whole mentality is that the house can't just be compared to another listing online, and they've discovered and marketed our house for the ways that make it one of a kind.
