I have been following Matt’s reviews and strong sale results for some time when looking for the right agent to sell my Mums home. Matt is extremely professional, knows his target demographics, and has excellent local knowledge of the area. Matt ‘s strategy in his marketing model was perfect and he had my Mums best interests at the forefront all the time and nothing was too much trouble for him. Without exaggeration Matt is an agent with complete transparency & committed to obtaining the best outcome for us as vendors & potential buyers. Matt made you feel as though you were the only client he was working for, his communication was flawless, his knowledge was impressive & his sense of humour lessened the stress while always being professional. With Matt living locally he is able to share his knowledge of the area to buyers not familiar with the area we sold in. With only one open home we received an offer with conditions we couldn’t refuse. Matt qualifies every lead lessening the need to just have anyone inspect, making a stressful situation so much lighter. The only negative is Matt won’t help us pack !! Matt was really helpful from the outset by being thoughtful and not pressuring me in any way. He helped me understand the selling process and how to get the best out of my property. He even went as far as doing a quick vacuum and dust so that the photos were just right! He was also very approachable and timely with his communication and updates and did excellent behind the scenes negotiating to present me with fantastic offer options.

Matt was aware of our circumstances re. a vacant lot we owned that was not on the market. He had sold our adjoining allotment the previous year. Mat had a buyer who was desperate to buy a premium lot and didn’t mind paying a premium price to get it. Our land was the best around. Matt pre-conditioned the buyer who then presented a very attractive cash offer. We accepted. Probably the easiest commission Matt ever earned but he was well aware of our requirements and worked with the Buyer to achieve our needs. Matt is a smart guy who listens. He works to bring both buyers and sellers together. A painless and satisfactory experience. Job done. Matt is highly recommended.
