Honest and efficient
I had been receiving a higher than market rent for several years due to an unusual long term tenancy and was very impressed by Chris Allison's honest and accurate estimate of a fair rent going forward. On top of this he found a tenant in less than 2 weeks having kept me very well informed as to his progress throughout.

Very Efficient
