It was an absolute pleasure to have encountered Joshua Jarvis during our long and arduous journey in securing a family home. Our paths first crossed more than 2 years ago when we focused on the Eastern Suburbs; from the very start we were highly impressed with Joshua's deep local knowledge, friendly disposition and genuine personality. Moreover, we appreciated how he listened and understood our needs as a buyer - for most agents it goes in one ear and immediately out the other and you just get brushed aside. It was readily apparent that Joshua takes placing the right buyer in the right home very seriously. We were therefore very happy to see Joshua later expand his expertise to Hunters Hill and Woolwich. From the outset of the campaign, Joshua was very open with answering the myriad of questions we had and he did not hesitate to confer with the vendor on any of our left field queries. We were kept up to date during the process and were very pleased the exchange went smoothly. Joshua and his colleagues were easily contactable and present for the duration of the process, attending to our many requests during the extended settlement period and even after settlement. The overall experience has been absolutely fantastic and we are very pleased to have purchased a home that Joshua took to market. In closing, we cannot commend Joshua highly enough and believe he is a credit to his family, agency and local community. We would be very grateful if those who come across this recommendation consider Joshua for any real estate needs, although we are sure anyone who has met him already knows he is a top-notch agent.
