Michael handled the sale in a friendly, professional manner. He answered my questions honestly, provided a realistic value of the property based on his knowledge of the current market in the area, and clearly explained the sale process and options available. Michael called with an update after each open for inspection and followed up with a detailed written report. I was kept in the loop during each stage of the three week campaign. Cameron and Linda were also very friendly and supportive. They recommended, then obtained quotes from local trades and scheduled the work.
