Sale of our Northwood home

We chose Simon and Kim after interviewing a number of real estate agents in Lane Cove. We felt that Simon and Kim's knowledge and experience in the Northwood/ Longueville area, together with their outstanding reputation and classy image would serve us well with the sale of our Northwood home. We were very impressed with Simon and Kim's professionalism all the way through to our sale by auction on August 29. Their marketing and advertising campaign worked. We had more than 70 buyers come through our house on open inspection times. Although our house is lovely, the steepness of the block was an issue for many families. We did have to adjust our expectations somewhat in terms of price but Simon guided us through the process with regular communications on buyer feedback, discussions around strategy and sound advise. At no time did we feel pressured by him and decisions were made together with us fully informed. It was definitely a team approach which we appreciated. Although the market value was lower than we anticipated we did get a satisfactory result in the end and Simon and Kim made the process very smooth and seamless. Simon and Kim's team were also very professional and the auctioneer Andrew did a great job trying to get momentum and the highest price on the day with the 2 registered bidders. I also want to give a shout out to Lily who coordinated our trades people and helped me with staging with her good eye for detail. Selling a house is very stressful but we felt we were in competent hands all the way. I would recommend Simon and Kim without hesitation and thank them and their team sincerely for their efforts in the sale of our home.
