Pleasant experience and great result

We needed to sell our property after 9 months of purchasing it. With the current Sydney market (in May-June 2019), we knew for sure that we were going to loose some money. I thought to myself that I needed to engage the best local selling agent in order to minimise the lost. After doing some research, I decided to engage Tim Holgate to be our representative. I can say it couldn't have been better. Tim has a vast local knowledge of the area, gave us great advice especially on the timing of the selling campaign, did everything that he said he was going to do for us. Tim was able to attract a lot of people to inspect our property (even it is on a main, noisy road) and secured 4 registered bidders. Auction date was nerve-racking, with Tim's great negotiation skill, we achieved a happy result.
