Detailed updates were provided by the Belle sales team after each open day along with buyer feedback and estimations on a sale price. The advertising approach was changed the week before the auction by adding a price guide to the home advertising based on buyer feedback from home inspections. This generated more interest from potential buyers and the auction date was extended by 1 week.
