Very pleasant buying process. Couldn't have asked for anything beyond what the team delivered, particularly Cadence - very easy to deal with and kept us informed the whole way. Thankyou for making it such an easy process - even putting me in touch with a conveyancer & arranging the building+pest inspection for me.

Extremely happy with the level of customer service we are receiving from Belle Property. Sally and her team have kept us up to date on everything and any questions we have are always answered straight away without any hesitation. We are selling our property too, and we couldn’t imagine using another real estate as Sally is so proactive and works with you to strive for the best possible outcome.

David provided great local knowledge regarding the complex and the Hope Island region. We found David easy to work with and I would recommend David if I ever needed to sell.

Sally and her team went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. She showed us properties that many other realtors required to learn about and gave us valuable insights into the local market. She was extremely accommodating regarding signing the contract and making herself available on short notice when The best part is working with Maisie she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding very good mortgage broker and conveyancer that met our needs and she was helping us closing a deal. We would recommend belle property to anyone.

Found David good to work with, he has an honest and fair approach to dealing with potential buyer and was able to answer many queries in a short time with urgency. David represented the seller well and certainly supported the buyer with his intimate knowledge of the district. As a buyer from a regional QLD location, it was difficult to facilitate inspections etc. however David's support was very welcomed and responded typically within a day. I would recommend David at any time.
