David knew the area so well as he used to live in the complex as well as the general Hope Island area. We chose him because his past sales in the complex had been solid and in line with current market trends. He is very personable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a sale will be forthcoming. We felt very confident with David and appreciated him managing our Open Homes while we were on holiday. We were really happy with our choice of David and our quick sale proved our choice was a great decision. Highly recommended.

I've bought and sold several houses over the years, but I've never seen anyone as kind, detailed, and genuinely committed to helping clients as David. He listens to what I have to say and gives suggestions on how to resolve any issues I have. If one day I sell this house, I will ask David to sell it. I would recommend David without hesitation to anyone in my area who inquires about buying or selling a house.

Sally O'Neill from Belle Property sold a block of land for me. It was a tough market, but she persevered and got the price I was looking for. It was a pleasure dealing with Sally and her team. Everything was efficient and professional from initial meeting right through to settlement. Sally is upfront and tells it how it is which is one of the things I liked most about her.

Sally and Maisie are an outstanding team! From the outset they understood our needs and sold our townhouse after the first open house for top dollar. They coordinated the sale to align with our new purchase so we did not need bridging finance. Very Professional throughout the sale process. Highly recommend Sally when next you sell your home.

Sally is a seasoned professional. She is genuine; has a caring nature and takes the bull by the horns attitude, which I loved. I appreciated Sally's confidence. She made me feel at ease knowing that I had made the right decision to sell my house with her. Not to mention it only took 13 days for my house to sell. Thank You Sally & your team :) :) :)
