We recently bought and sold a property using Belle real estate, Hope Island. Sally was responsible for the purchase of our new property and help with the sale of our old property. We found Sally easy to deal with, very helpful, reliable and honest. Sally achieved the purchase price for our property, which help fund the new property. We recommended Sally to anyone buying or selling property.

Our entry to the market was perfectly timed, just missing the peak so we were expecting a reasonable time before we sold. Despite selling a few times previously we were disappointed at the time it took. Sally and her team were very encouraging, did not advise to amend our price and eventually selling for what we considered an excellent price. We can certainly recommend Sally and Belle Property at Helensvale.

Sally has always sold our properties but this time she entrusted her assistant Maisie with this task. Maisie did a remarkable job negotiating with clients to achieve our target price. All this was done prior to the property hitting the market. Sally's professional talent shows in the guidance she passes onto her staff and we thank Maisie and Sally for their wonderful job. Thank you Stephen and Heather

Following my visiting an open house for another property Maisie Healy recommended 157 Monterey Keys Drive which matched almost all of my criteria. The negotiations were managed efficiently and a price was quickly agreed. Maisie went out of her way for my builder to have a quick look around. I intend to make some improvements and this has enabled my builder to begin work on drawings for Council approval more than two weeks early. Well done. I am very pleased. I am unable to say whether I would recommend Belle Property because I have no experience of your services as a vendor.

David is a dedicated professional. He worked extremely hard to ensure that the sale of our house went through to the satisfaction of all parties. His knowledge of the market in this area is exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone for an extremely hard working professional to help them effect the sale of their home.
