We were very happy with both agents who sold our house. Sally and Andrew proved that their marketing approach works. Sally spent quite a lot of time giving our family ideas on how to declutter and make our home look its best for sale. Andrew gave up his own time to bring our buyers back to learn about the plants and wildlife on our property. I would describe both Sally and Andrew as exceptional.

I cannot recommend the Sally O'Neill team enough. From the initial meet requirements to getting through to settlement the experience and expertise is priceless. I am in the building industry and thought I was pretty savvy with the market. I found it very rare when my agent told me the figure I was looking for was to small and the market at the moment could achieve a better result. In doubt, I let them market and photograph etc…and left it all in their capable hands. The result was something I would never imagine, and the way they kept me in the sale and guided me to stay strong to achieve the result I did, is absolutely astonishing. Cannot thank you guys enough. Thanks again guys, Steve

Sally O'Neill and the Belle property team were absolutely incredible to work with when we purchased our new family home. As we were moving from interstate, Sally's straight up approach to the entire process was empathetic, professional, reassuring and honest throughout. She made what was a stressful time for our family relocating, as simple as possible and I highly recommend Sally and the Belle Property group for any real estate needs whether is is buying, selling or investing.

Sally was made for real estate! She just get things done which is exactly what you want! We were really concerned that if we sold we would be unable to find our next property in this current market but Sally did just that- she reassured us that she would find us something and she delivered!! We are extremely happy with how everything went ! Thank you Sally!

Excellent communication and a very professional Agent. Worked extremely hard to secure the Sale and to provide a good outcome for both parties. Would definitely recommend Sally to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

I had a difficult purchase with other properties being sold and getting finance. Sally just continued to guide me through the whole process. Was very understanding and supportive when things got difficult on my side, and even assisted me with aspects out side of what was expected of her. Sally was always contactable and available to show me through the apartment and never felt rushed. Most of all kept the comunication going so I knew what was going on.
