I had a positive experience purchasing my property. Harleigh was extremely efficient and quick to respond to all my questions & assisted more than I’d expect in explaining the contract review process. I understand agents are representing the seller but feel the communication around presenting my first offer could have been handled with a little more warmth and professionalism especially given the changing market.

Belle Property has gone above and beyond in the selling of our family's home of almost 50 years. Taking the time to help us understand this new process. Thank you for everything.

My husband and I worked with Harleigh and Narelle to sell our first home and property, and we could not fault our experience with them. They were the first agents we reached out to for an appraisal, and after our very first meeting, we knew they were the team we wanted to work with. From start to finish, Harleigh and Narelle were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and communicative. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, were always available to answer our questions and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. We genuinely felt that they cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us and appreciated their honesty, guidance and support along the way. We are so grateful to Harleigh and Narelle for helping us through such a significant milestone and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Harleigh was amazing. He was always working to get the best result for us and was great at communicating everything with us. If I ever sell again he's the only agent I'll call.

Narelle and Harleigh were very professional. I was particularly impressed that at the open house they had relevant sales evidence available. While we already knew about those sales as we had been in the market for a while, it gave us confidence that the agents were very professional. It also helped us to make the buying decision. The follow-up during the settlement period was also very professional, with questions answered promptly and accurately.
