Pete was amazing. He kept me updated weekly. His staff were organised, and the Belle Orange Office has the latest software and systems that make the process seamless. Pete also had my property cleaned, painted, gardens maintained and had the property fully dressed by their amazing stylist. My property sold at my price expectation, which was in line with what Pete advised me before putting it on the market. This shows that Pete has a strong understanding of the market, and doesn’t over-inflate price expectations with his clients in order to get a listing. Belle were also my property managers, who did a brilliant job over the past 10 years I have been with them.

The agent got back to us quickly with our offer( which was accepted) It was a pleasure to deal with someone who “ wasn’t playing games” Bec from Belle Property needs special mention. Nothing has been a problem for her as we were allowed to put furniture into the house before settlement. She has met us on endless occasions to open up for us, always with a smile on her face and a cheery disposition. A true asset to your company.
