I was a purchaser of a property listed through Peter. Whilst his role was to get the best price for his vendor, as a purchaser he was incredibly open and honest and made me feel as though he was working for both me and the vendor. He was able to constantly communicate and if we had questions he could not answer, rather than bluff his way through, he would go and find the answer for me. Often buying real estate is a bit of a "game", but Peter was excellent to work with.

Pete and his team were great to deal with most of the time. The initial contact was excellent and the advice for the selling strategies went well. The free stylist service was appreciated. The photos were fantastic. We were very happy with the end result although felt this was because we held our ground rather than expert advice from the agent. We did feel a bit pressured to take the first offer which wasn’t the best offer. But, in the end it all worked out. The agent made a few admin errors which should have been avoided including being overcharged for GST which we had to follow up.

Peter has spent quite considerable time with us during our sale to ensure that we fully understood what is expected of him and the sale of our house/property. He kept us informed and even took the time to visit us after hours on a Friday night before our first open house to make sure we were organised and ready. He was very approachable and extremely knowledgeable of the market values and prices. His marketing brochures and information was quite different from other agencies enabling us to get a quick sale very close to our expectations.
