At one stage when the pest and building report threatened to create a chasm between the expectations of the buyer and seller, Anthony arranged further reports to allay my fears, kept dialogue going, and got the process back on track. I knew Anthony wasn’t working for me, but I still felt as though I could trust him. If that wasn’t the case, I do t think we could have reached an agreement.
