From 1st open house inspection, John gave us a warm welcome and demonstrate his professionalism when deal with the question from the buyer. John was always available for our queries such as negotiate the price with the owner and refer us to George (from Belle Property) on leasing matter. George help us to deal with the existing leasing company as we want to get a proposal new tenant once completed settlement. George provide a detail proposal plan on how to attract a new tenant.
