Thomas Perram and his team at Belle are extremely professional and organised. They took care of everything for us and made the process of selling our house very easy to navigate. Thomas has an excellent ability to adapt the sales campaign to suit the ever changing market and to suit our needs. Thomas and his team were enjoyable to work with and always available to on the phone for any questions or updates we needed.

After months with dealing with various real estate agents, Chris stood out in his knowledge of the market, sales process, our needs as first home buyers as well as representing the vendor.

Matthew Formosa was the agent responsible for selling my property, I found Matthew to be very easy to work with. What I appreciated the most was the professional manner in which Matthew conducted himself, he was very punctual and honest, and he worked tirelessly with potential buyers of my property, sometimes after hours. I was also appreciative of how often he would keep me informed on certain matters and how I didn’t have to keep chasing him for information, he was a delight to work with and would not have any hesitation in recommending Matthew or Belle Property for future reference and dealings. Thank you.

I've been through many agents in my time but Chris and his team topped them all by miles . His feedback after each open home impressed me the most . I hadn't got that from agents in the passed . The whole experience was flawless and topped it off with a good price on the auction day .
