Very structured approach to managing the sales process, we were kept well informed throughout with regular, detailed reports containing both factual data and good quality anecdotal information collected from numerous conversations with potential buyers. It gave me a very good sense of how the campaign was going and was very comforting. They gave the right advice with regards to readying the house for sale which I feel had a big impact on its popularity. I ended up selling prior to auction and had a lot of interest.
