My original choice of agent was Thomas, due to the recommendation from a neighbour and their successful property sale. At the same time my daughter suggested getting quotes from other agents, which I did. Each had a different approach and were very nice, but I still felt in the end that Thomas offered the best programme to suit my situation. He was confident that he had a potential client list suitable for Off Market, so I was happy to try each sales option with the results extremely positive. I am impressed with the professional service offered by Thomas and his team member and grateful that they could facilitate the sale with such fantastic results.

Very pleased with our personal experience with Belle Property. Both very elderly and both hearing impaired we appreciated Tom’s patient and professional but friendly approach to our situation. We certainly are very pleased and at the rapid response to the sale of our property. Apparently buyers were already in place waiting, this has made our transition much easier. Thank you Thomas and Josh and staff at Belle Property, Parramatta.

I was looking for my first home to live in. I found a nice property that was being sold by Chris and John. They were professional and honest. I appreciate their hardwork and highly recommend Belle Property for your real estate needs. This is certainly not the last property I will be acquiring through them. Kind regards, Dr Eugene Khoo

We had a fantastic experience with Thomas, Joshua and Heidi. From the initial showing until the purchase of the property, we found the Belle Parramatta team to be exemplary. Each member understood the details of the property, were able to answer all of our questions and provide prompt feedback for any additional enquiries that were outside their immediate knowledge. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Belle Property Parramatta in the future,

Thomas and the Belle team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Thomas always gave his time to answer all of our silly questions and talk us through any moments where we felt unsure. Thank you team for all your support and, of course, the fantastic sale result! We're thrilled. Meg and Matt

We had a great experience when dealing with Thomas Perram, Ben Fleet and the rest of the Belle Properties team. The process, from the beginning when we first met Thomas and latterly meeting with Ben and the rest of the team, right through to the post auction paperwork was well managed, communicated and was done in a manner where we felt in control and in safe hands. Thomas offered great insights on the market and the current conditions and was able to ensure we had a good sense of reality rather than being over promised unrealistic outcomes. With the Belle Property team's help we achieved something far, far better than we thought possible. We would thoroughly recommend our friends and family to engage with Thomas.
