A few years ago we decided to subdivide our property to make a duplex, This was harder than expected - a long, very drawn out, highly bureaucratic, stressful process and eventually far more costly than estimated. Finally we were in a position to sell. About that time Matt, a pleasantly dressed easy to engage young man was walking up the street and stopped to say "Hi" , chatted about the property and indicated that he part of a local agent team. This was the fruitful start of one of our most important life decisions - selling our home. With all of the hard work and sunken costs we wouldn't want to engage just anyone - we had to find someone who would fight for us. Matt was part of Thomas's team. Before selecting them, Thomas and Matt then spent an afternoon with us, listening to our story, highlighting the selling points, how they saw the campaign would go, what they would do differently from everyone else to achieve what we needed to sell the property. Throughout the campaign, their market instincts and recommendations were right, their communication was outstanding, delivering what we needed to sell the property in an uncertain market. The culmination of years of work, financial hardship and stress could have gone either way - and instead they achieved what we needed and we are forever grateful. Thomas was such an easy person to deal with and was very professional in his whole approach. He explained carefully the procedure we would be working through during the campaign and left no detail unexplained. He is very knowledgeable and insightful, proactive, communicates frequently and honestly to keep you updated regularly, builds relationships based on trust, has great presentation skills and works very quickly to get things done to a very high level of quality. There is a saying” when the going gets tough , the tough get going” , that is the best way to describe my experience with Thomas Perram and his team at Belle Property Parramatta. Through a combination of me not being involved in a property sale for over 20 years, a family illness and the Cov 19 crisis, Thomas had a job on his hands. From the initial meeting I was struck with professionalism and ability to ascertain what I wanted, and advise what was possible. The marketing of the property was faultless. With the goal posts changing daily with Cov 19 , Thomas was able to adopt the selling strategies to cope with the shifting situation.
