What stood out to me the most is Sue’s transparency during our dealings, her empathy and understanding of my situation and her ability to go above and beyond to source a property which we fell inlove with. Sue was very patient and generous with her time which made the whole journey very easy for me to navigate. She had a great knowledge of the local market and what surprised me the most, is that she still maintains regular contact with me to give me updates on how the market is performing even though she knows I won’t be back buying for a while now. Following the purchase and settlement, Sue had personalised some gifts for us to enjoy post sale. A nice touch which I definitely appreciated. Excellent. Sue was very informative and clearly explained all the history and features of the property. My family was very appreciative of Sue’s offer to allow us to have a private inspection of the property allowing my elderly mother to review it as well.
