Feedback from neighbours and others in the street, was very positive on how Belle kept them informed on open days, providing information about possible extra traffic, parking, and unusual people stopping in the street. Even though we had some issues with the exchange and settlement, which was not Belle's doing, they provided support and options to get past the roadblocks put in front of us.
